Furthermore included in this latest document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a key labelling different areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
